Abuse Facts

Relationships are everywhere. Look around you at the places you go and the people you know. We all develop relationships, in school, at work, with friends and even with aquaintances.

Control or abuse may occur in every relationship we encounter. All relationship types are prone to it, none are exempt. The most common type of relationship where control and abuse occurs are the ones that are intimate and emotional.

Marriage relationships are the most common, followed by the Family relationship. Dating problems are often indicators of how a marriage will be dictated, so caution should always be used when dating.

In Schools, or Work Place environments, the forms of abuse are usually Control or Bullying.
